I founded A-Team Carpet Clean in 2009 to serve Lawton, Oklahoma. Being from Comanche County out of Indiahoma Oklahoma, I was brought up with country ways. My personal motto is to work hard, respect your elders, and be fair and polite. When you work for someone give 100%, and if you tell a man you will do something then keep your word and follow through. My customers deserve this same service and my team helps me provide this every day. To keep up on new education in my industry, I have completed multiple IICRC certified classes for carpet cleaning, spot/stain removal, water restoration, odor control, and business management.
I have been working in the customer service industry since 1999 and have volunteered as a Comanche County reserve sheriff deputy for two years. I have a fantastic, beautiful, hardworking wife who is a loving mother of my son. I have a good looking Italian mastiff named Axel who is also our team mascot. A new addition to our home is my son's cat, Face, named by my wife.
I am always excited to meet new customers. The smiles on their face or the "we will definitely be calling you back" comments when we get finished keeps the excitement going. My return customers are like family we haven't seen for 6 months. It's always great to catch up on how they have been.
I love what A-Team has become and I couldn't do it all without my amazing team. They work hard for our customers, have pride in their work, and strive for greatness. With this model of service I have grown from one service van to three and have added new positions within the company in order to provide better customer service. I have been able to provide my customers with the most state of the art equipment available in my industry for a better experience in cleaning and also water restoration. What better job can you have when your co-workers are like family and you get to make new friends every day?
I have been by my husband's side since the day A-Team Carpet Clean opened for business in 2009. I helped clean when needed, scheduled appointments, and maintained bookkeeping. I also attended cosmetology school at the same time. In 2012, I attended and completed an IICRC certified class for color correction. I consistently keep my team properly educated in this area.
I have been in customer service for 5 years and I'm a former respiratory therapist. I am married to a great husband and partner. We have a loving son that shares both our hearts, along with our dog Axel (who is also A-Team's mascot), and our cat, Face, named after the good looking guy on the A-Team movie. 😉
My current role within the company is Color Correction Specialist and Bookkeeper of our large accounts. I am the only Color Correction Specialist in Lawton in the carpet cleaning industry. I take pride in that not everyone can do this and the customers are always so nice and thankful of my work.
I have been with A-Team since January 2017 as a Technician. I have completed my in-house training and also completed an industry required course of professional carpet cleaning in order to receive my first certification in this field.
I have 6 years of customer service and understand how to treat customers in a respectful manner. I also know how to provide them with great service.
I love animals! I have two dogs (Shabba and Boots) which I enjoy as companions and guard dogs for my new home. I am a very proud parent of four boys and a grandson that I love unconditionally. I am a Dallas Cowboys Fan and Texas Longhorn Fan.
One thing that makes me happy about my job is being able to see the smiles and appreciation from my customers after completing the task at hand.
